Q: How should I prepare for my appointment?
A: Make sure to eat a good meal within 4 hours of the appointment, and stay hydrated!
Q: How much do you charge?
A: My current rate is $150 per hour, $150 minimum for smaller pieces. For large-scale pieces, they’re typically $750-$1500 for the first session, depending upon final design and details. Any remaining sessions will be continued at my current hourly rate of $150, with a $150 minimum. Please feel free to message me for an estimate!
Q: Why does the first session of Large Scale tattoos have quoted pricing?
A: The first session pricing for large-scale pieces encompasses original design, placement, and large-scale coverage of all the first session line work and may include initial shading too, depending upon how well you can sit
Q: How do deposits work?
A: I charge a 20$-100$ deposit for every appointment. This amount will be applied towards the tattoo, unless there is a reschedule within a week of the appointment or a cancellation. If an appointment is rescheduled within a week of the agreed date, or is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable, and voided.
Q: Can you cover-up existing tattoos?
A: Yes, but It depends on the tattoo! Every coverup is different, so we’ll have to have a consultation to gauge how to best approach the tattoo. During this consultation, we’ll be looking at the tattoo’s coverage, darkness, and age to see what the best options are for you (for some pieces, laser treatment may open up better options). Please keep in mind that generally, the bigger the coverup, the better the outcome.
